Your Order
When ordering you declare your consent unlimited and without reservation to our quoted prices and Terms & Conditions. The purchase contract is valid by either us confirming the order via email, phone, fax or by shipment of the ordered products.
The quantity of items shown as available is accurate at the start time of the listing, however as all our items are available through other outlets there may be occasions where products have sold out before we have the chance to edit the listing, should this occur we will notify you immediately of an estimated delivery time or offer you a full refund.

Our Prices
All prices stated on our website include the legal value added tax and remain valid until a new pricelist is issued. In case our offer contains an obvious mistake e.g. in writing or calculating, we reserve the right to inform you about the mistake and to carry out calculation with correct description or calculation.

Delivery
We deliver the ordered products to the address given by you on your own risk. Generally delivery is carried out at the latest one working day after receipt of your order respectively after credit advice from one of our bank accounts. We try to avoid partial deliveries, however they remain reserved. Unforeseeable obstacles such as e. g. higher force, strike, accidents and others, which cause delay of delivery release us from retention of a possible agreed delivery date.

Payment
Payment may be effected as following:
• Bank transfer to one of our bank accounts
• Credit card (Visa, Master) via secured online payment system of the “Royal Bank of Scotland”: RBS WorldPay
Orders from customers from whom we earlier suffered loss or collection or legal proceedings were instituted against, will only carried out against cash in advance on principle.
Credit card charges will appear on your statement as "NATURINA GERMANY". You have our word of honor: we will never automatically ship more item to you and bill your credit card unless you personally re-order YOUR PRIVACY IS IMPORTANT TO US!

Cancellation/Right of Return
You have the right for cancellation respectively for return according to §§ 355, 356 BGB (German Civil Code). Goods may be returned without stating reasons within 2 weeks after receipt of the goods In this case you will get back full refund immediately. Please note that used cosmetics and nutrition supplement products are excluded from the right of return, except you detect defects. You have also the right to cancel your order within one month before receipt of the goods. We only accept the cancellation via letter, fax or email.

Data Protection & Privacy
The data needed for business transaction especially your address will be saved by retention of valid legal regulations of data protection and will not be transmitted to any other company (or any third party).

Place of Jurisdiction
Place of jurisdiction and place of performance is Hamm in Germany.

Other
In case parts of these conditions will be repealed or changed in any way at present or in future, remaining parts however are valid as agreed.
